Tuesday, you are back… so fast! … Sigh!

Oprah Winfrey, who quoted: “be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough” also stated: “keep a grateful journal. Every night, list five things that you are grateful for. What it will begin to do is change our perspective of your day and your life.”

Many of you may think, easy for you to say Ms. Fortune 500… but the blog within is no place for being sarcastic… Who knows, maybe her grateful journal is the secret of her success.

I must confess that I have been misbehaving with my own journal. I did not take my notes this week. So, here I am, as if working on an assignment for school the night before the due date or filling time sheets when overdue.

This Tuesday I express gratitude with this list:

  1. Health
  2. Having options and the possibility to choose.
  3. A back rub.
  4. Girls night in.
  5. A ride.
  6. The possibility of helping others.
  7. Las loqueras de mi mamá.
  8. 10 years.
  9. La energía de Rodrigo.
  10. Una mane en la rodille.
  11. Being back in the court, after being absent for more than one year.
